If ever you're visiting Scotland and want to see someplace that's just a wee bit different, Culross is it.
Pronounced Coo-Ross, this little village will take you back in time, with 17th century buildings and gardens, narrow cobbled streets, and a whole lot of history. It's not too far away from Dunfermline, well signposted, and well worth seeing.
